On May 5, 2018, Pope Francis presided over the 50th anniversary meeting with the Neocatechumenal Way. The gathering was attended by more than 100,000 pilgrims from 130 nations. Studio FEM drew up the security plan in collaboration with the Emergency Area of the Misericordie d'Italia. The numbers: 36 volunteer teams, 15 ambulances, 2 field hospitals.
