Villa Frisoni, also known as Lupinari Castle, has five floors and was designed in the early 1900s by renowned architect Gino Coppedè, in Art Nouveau style with Neo-Medieval influences. As part of the restoration project currently being drafted, the outcome of the safety assessment will determine whether the building, in its current state, can accommodate the new functions for which it is intended or whether structural reinforcement work will be required to bring it up to current national safety standards.
